Communicate customer concerns to sales representative./liliMaintain knowledge and proper use of Gordon Food Service systems including Business Applications, Google Apps, Aspect phone system, Order Entry technologies, and Internet Applications/liliArrange exception deliveries in collaboration with the transportation department or delivery service in urgent need cases./liliProvide technical and how to support via telephone to internal and external customers for GFS Applications/liliProvide solutions to issues concerning training, program malfunction or technology application with an emphasis on key product segments/liliEnter call information into call tracking software efficiently and accurately/liliProvide external application support as applicable/liliMaintains knowledge of current Gordon Food Service products and business solutions in order to provide/recommend appropriate services for customers./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulIf this sounds like you, make sure you also meet these requirements:ulliOne (1) to three (3) years previous customer service experience or previous help desk experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience./liliKnowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, Sites, Groups)/liliHigh School Diploma/ Equivalent (required); Associate Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (preferred)./liliSuccessfullypassour drug screen andcriminal backgroundcheck./li/ulemIn lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered/emNote: Please make sure you use a valid email so we can follow upwith you and let you know what's happening in the process. /div /div /divBR/Gordon Food Service is an equal opportunity employer.
