DescriptionOur company is always striving to provide outstanding customer service. You will be assisting customers with their parts, sales and service needs. Expect detailed hands on training to achieve mastery of processes regarding our products and services procedures. There is a family feel at Hellebuyckrsquo;s that extends to the customer as we strive to give them the highest quality service possible. Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include. liAssist in part identification and order placement for service and sales orders via phone and in person./li liReceiving and checking in daily parts for customer orders and stock replenishment./li liTransferring of parts between the company locations./li liWorking the sales floor providing customers with product information and demonstrating how to properly use the equipment./li liSharing product knowledge with customers regarding needs, purchases, maintenance and repair./li /ul Don't know about engines and equipment?That's ok! We use an interactive combination of hands-on and online training to ensure everyone has a full understanding of Hellebuyckrsquo;s proactive approach to outdoor power equipment and management of that equipment. style="margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in;"span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Noto Sans',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Job Requirements/span style="margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in;"emspan style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Noto Sans',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Job Summary/span/emspan style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Noto Sans',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"To maintain a clean and organized warehouse, properly assemble and adjust new equipment and accessories, receive truckload deliveries and process equipment transfers./span style="margin: 0in 0in 7.5pt 0in;"emspan style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Noto Sans',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"Key Responsibilities/span/emspan style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Noto Sans',sans-serif; color: #2d2d2d;"1) Daily opening tasks. (taking out truck and trailer, equipment, empty trash cans, ect)2) Report any service equipment with dead batteries, flat tires or other needs.3) Clean, sweep and remove debris from interior warehouse..4) Pick up trash, cardboard and blight outside and around the dumpster area.5) Keep warehouse secure and watching the grounds for all activity.6) Report any building problems such as leaks, damage or related issues.7) Daily closing tasks. (bring in equipment, truck and trailer, turn off fans, ect)8) Check the daily clipboard for floor stock, barn or sold equipment requests.9) Assemble equipment and install accessories.10) Build and stock the sales floor and shelves of new equipment for sale.11) Fill the dumpster efficiently to maximize the load and minimize the number of change outs.12) Call for dumpster change outs when it has reached its max fill load.13) Stack and process the crate returns of the large equipment.14) Transport the large, heavy or non running equipment to and fro
