• Technical Associate degree, or equivalent integration experience

• Demonstrated high level NX CAD capability (Top Skill)

• Understanding principles of automotive design (Top Skill)

• High-end CAD intensive

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Top Skill)

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others

• Ability to integrate complex systems and balance multiple inputs

• High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual or difficult

• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

• Familiarity with general automotive manufacturing processes

• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Ability to lead cross functional meetings, escalate issues, and drive decisions
