In this role, you will identify prospects and leads through telemarketing and use of Tyler's CRM system. This is a great position for you if you have solid phone and persuasion skills and want to break into the world of business-to-business sales.brbrfont class="bold"Responsibilities:/fontulliCollaborate with the Data Insights Sales Team for focused prospecting to assist in uncovering potential opportunities and create a pipeline of qualified opportunities/liliMake cold calls to prospects and provide calling support for marketing campaigns within territories/liliMaintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM with competitor information/contact/statistics/liliDevelop understanding of the competitive landscape in the market and Tyler messaging around assigned software product lines/liliDevelop general knowledge of Tyler Data Insights software and the key differentiators against competitors/liliWork with leadership on reporting to provide visibility of Business Development activities/liliAssist with updates to sales Battle Cards, competitor profiles and other competitive intel requests/liliMonitor and report on follow up of qualified leads by Sales reps /liliDevelop effective prospecting skills/liliDevelop knowledge of territory, key competitors, existing Tyler opportunities/ relationships, client satisfaction, and key messaging that will lead to meaningful interactions with potential prospects/liliPartner with sales operations and marketing in updating CRM records to achieve campaign, marketing, analytic and data governance goals/li/ul/divfont class="bold"Qualifications:/fontdivulliBachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant Business or Information Technology field./liliProfessional phone demeanor; prior phone and/or customer service experience strongly desired./liliPrevious sales experience a plus/lilispanAbility tospan/span/spanspanoccasionallyspan/span/spanspantravel to trade shows, sales conferences and other sales-related ev/spanspane/spanspannts./span/lilispanAbility to handle multiple projects at once and manage/spanspanspan/spanprojects through to completion;span/span/spanspana/spanspanspan/spanfocus on deadline/spanspans and details./span/liliPrior exposure to technology/software sales is helpful./liliExperience with Microsoft CRM a plus/liliSolid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products/li/ulbr#INDCORP/divAs a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company.
