The Guidance Center Field Supervisor - Wraparound in Southgate, Michigan

h1emPOSITION SUMMARY/em/h1em /emThe Wraparound Field Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative and daily functioning of the Wraparound Program. This shall include all the functions necessary for the delivery of services to the institutions and client populations of the community served by this program. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 -5:00 although evenings and weekends may also be required due to program needs. h2emSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/em/h2em /emolliProvide supervision to staff and interns in the children’s Wraparound program./liliMaintain Comprehensive oversight and monitoring of chart documentation compliance, collecting data for analysis of trends and deficiencies, and establishing corrective measures in such instances./liliResponsible for management of all staff within span of control (including but not limited to): hiring, performance management, performance monitoring and coaching, evaluation, disciplinary investigations and documentation, grievance administration, and termination recommendations./liliAssist in providing coaching, training and direction to all Wraparound staff./liliReview and organize all treatment records and reports pertaining to the treatment and the rendering of services to children./liliWork in consultation with the Quality Department to assure that service activities and case records meet or exceed the standards established by accrediting bodies as necessary./liliConduct weekly meetings with staff and supervisors./liliAssess community needs and assign priorities and direct service when indicated./liliAssess need for psychiatric and psychological services and monitor delivery./liliProvide emergency assessments to clients in crisis when necessary./liliProvide feedback to staff regarding performance and address issues as they arise with both staff and supervisor./liliAssume responsibility for reports required by the Wraparound program, agency or funding sources./liliParticipate in assessment of community needs and consult with community organizations as needed./liliParticipate in agency committees as needed or assigned./liliWill carry an active case load./liliComplete documentation in a timely manner consistent with the policies and procedures of The Guidance Center./liliComplete 25 hours of program and/or position specific training on an annual basis./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ol
