Description

You will take charge of a number of different office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Are you skilled at mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term temporary opportunity and is located in the Saint Clair Shores, Michigan area.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and instruct visitors

  • Support diverse projects for other employees

  • Answer telephone calls

  • Organize word processors, files, and faxes

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Proven ability to use the internet for research

  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • Earlier work involving Document Scanning

  • Scanning Documents experience highly preferred

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Tax Returns

  • Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience

  • Practical knowledge of scanning

  • General familiarity with Rescanning

  • Background working with Scanning Invoices

  • Adeptness in Income Tax Preparation

  • Deep understanding of Administrative Policy

  • Expertise in Administrative Office

  • Administrative Assistance experience desired

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
