Bandit Industries Customer Service Specialist in Remus, Michigan

Job Description This is a clerical position that supports the department management team. This position is responsible for processing parts and service phone calls, data entry/retrieval and analyzing various reports, and other administrative functions as needed. This position must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Role and Responsibilities · Responsible for processing incoming phone calls to ensure the caller speaks with the best available staff member who can assist them with their parts, service or warranty issue. · Responsible maintaining a high level of customer service and support · Responsible for communicating with parts, service, warehouse and warranty staff any dealer and/or customer issues · Responsible for processing orders and data as assigned by department manager Essential Job Functions · Processing phone calls · Data Entry · Sitting for extended period of time · Able to lift minimum of 20lbs Qualifications and Education Requirements · High School or equivalent · Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · Experience in customer service · Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills · Familiarity with the application of and processes for Bandit system like AccountMate, InfoTrack, etc. · Attention to detail · Exceptional organization skills
