Summary: The main function of a systems engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. A typical systems engineer analyzes user needs, and then designs, tests, and develops software to meet those needs.
Experience in high voltage electrification. This must be 60v and up in order to perform this position and meet safety requirements
Manage and design system level requirements
Must have an understanding of how systems operate while meeting the safety requirements of high voltage electric vehicles.
MatLab simulation experience

-Lead FOA Investigation & Alignment Activities including existing
-Grant Management & Reporting
-Lead eMobility Market Research & Reporting via Newsletters, etc. eDrive Program management support (PowerPoint development, Excel worksheet development, status reporting)Skills/
-ISO 20078 knowledge (V2X communications) ISO/IEC 15118 knowledge
-Knowledge of applicable eMobility Standards (J1772, SEP2.0, etc)
-Knowledge of IP protocols, OSI layer model, IT Security Ability to perform testing of SCC-technology, tack potential bugs and provide recommendations ---Knowledge of vehicle Smart Charging concepts -Knowledge of alternative drive propulsion concepts (battery e-vehicles, serial hybrid & parallel hybrid concepts, etc.)
-Knowledge of Vehicle diagnostic and analysis tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, ETAS/Inca, Oscilloscope
-Program management support skills
-Expert level Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook) skill set
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Valid driver's license
-Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
