United Shore Business Architect - Automation in Pontiac, Michigan

At UWM we are looking to introduce automation technologies throughout our business units such as RPA. As a Business Architect you would be working with teams throughout our enterprise on a wide variety of improvements, technology improvements, and strategy. Joining UWM as a Business Architect gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping to shape the future of our automation center of excellence.

  • Assessing business processes, optimizing business processes

  • leading/facilitating the implementation of automated processes with our internal business partners

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to prioritize automation use-cases and work with the entire organization on understanding automation technologies and best practices.

  • Assist in the buildout of the company’s automation practices

  • Working with the IT teams to align projects to the business strategy

  • Collaborate with other architects, developers and business clients to develop enterprise grade solutions

Required:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Process Automation

  • Experience with Automation Technologies (RPA, Case Management, e-Signature, OCR, etc.)

  • Ability to lead Agile development teams

  • Ability to lead vendors

  • Facilitate automation stakeholder/governance meetings

  • Have the ability to work on finding business opportunities and be able to solve for both the business and applications

  • Has the ability to adapt and work with new technology changes.

  • Ability to successfully work in a fast paced high volume area

  • Open to being coached and being flexible in our quick changing environment

Preferred:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

  • Scrum Master certification

  • Versed in Organizational Change Management

  • Previous experience in the mortgage and/or financial industry
