Over the years, we have endeavored to make a restaurant far from the norm with our greatest priorities being fresh fish and produce, from-scratch sauces, and lots of love put into everything we do.About the Position:Maru Hospitality Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to champion and direct the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. The Human Resource Manager has the overall responsibility for ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence throughout the organization regarding employment. They are responsible for creating and maintaining an effective program for training and developing the entire Management team and staff at all locations. In addition, the HRM with the various management positions, oversees the employment of staff.What's in it for you?Maru is a company on the grow!
