Operations Coordinator - Supply Ordering/Shipping, Invoice Processing, Facilitating Branch Maintenance Repair Requests (Temporarily Remote Due to COVID)

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Operations Coordinator. If you have familiarity and experience in inventory control and are organized with great people skills, this is the position for you!


As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following, including, but not limited to:

  • Facilitating maintenance/repairs for each of our physical locations

  • Ordering and shipping of supplies

  • Processing of vendor and trade invoices

  • Reviewing and collaborating on branch fleet needs (Delivery vehicles, warehouse equipment, etc.)

  • Management of required electronic equipment

  • Temporarily Remote, but must be able to office out of either New Hudson, MI branch or Cincinnati, OH branch after temporarily remote work assignment due to COVID-19


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1-3 years’ experience handling inventory/operational tasks

  • Experience in our industry is a plus

  • A willingness to learn is a must have!
