The successful candidate will be an energetic and ambitious team player who will work within the Sales Administration department.Responsibilities: Support Allied sales forceOrder entryQuoting assistanceCredit card processingInvoicing of ordersProject managementVendor communication as neededFilingOrdering office suppliesAssisting the Allied team as neededIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principals into daily activitiesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsDesired Skills and Qualifications:Associates degree preferred or 4-6 years of relevant experienceProfessional business experience is highly desiredPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to quickly apply training receivedTechnical background with good computer skillsAccounting experience in regards to budgets and forecastsWell organizedWillingness to learnDesire to succeedDesire to manage others to help them reach their full potentialPositive, customer focused attitudeComputer Skills - eXtend ERP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic familiarity with AutoCAD is also desired.Language Skills - High: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical Skills - Intermediate:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability - Intermediate:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
