Staff Salesforce Developer is responsible for all technical aspects for large complex projects. Staff Salesforce Developer may lead or coordinate activities of other personnel as necessary./div/divdivdivfont class="bold"Essential Functions/font/divdivTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platformbrLead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectivesbrManage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementationbrDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce.com platformbrManage technical scopes and client expectationsbrProvide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to Salesforce developersbrDemonstrate technical thought leadershipbrConduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being usedbrBe a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners on sales cycles and marketing events Work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, the Force.com IDE, SOSL, SOQL and web services Apply best practices and design patterns on the Force.com platform Administer, customize and configure Salesforce features including, but not limited to Security, Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Users, Page Layouts, Record Types, Workflows, Reports and Dashboards, Approvals, Object Relationships, Fields, Validation rules, Custom apps, etc. Use Force.com Dataloader, DemandTools or equivalent data management tools to audit, identify and resolve data integrity issues Provide detailed estimatesbrCoach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on Salesforce projectsbrInterview potential candidates as needed and as time permits Drive profound change and provide leadership/div/divdivdivfont class="bold"Job Specifications/font/divdivTypically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in related field; or related experiencebrMinimum 12 years of IT development experience; 6 years of Salesforce development experiencebrProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systemsbrExpert understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite including Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform and the App Exchange Experience in developing Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Force.com API integration
