Overview of Job Function

The Verint Technical Partner Manager ensures Verint partners understand how they can leverage the Verint cloud platform to further differentiate their solutions to the market. A solid knowledge of API and development tools is critical, with a view towards helping Verint improve those tools, and evangelizing and guiding partners take advantage of those tools.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource and evangelist to Verint partners in using and leveraging Verint SDK’s and other tools as they build add-ons and extensions to the Verint offers they take to market.

  • Enable partners to develop their own intellectual property on the Verint platforms to further differentiate their offers to the market

  • Maintains Global Partner Live Demo Cloud Systems for all Verint cloud offers, and coordinates with Partner and Verint pre-sales teams to ensure timely availability of the demo systems.

  • Liaison to Verint R&D around partner requirements for integration to Verint cloud solutions

  • Maintains a library of integrations and sample code for use by partners

  • Maintains a partner community specific to SDK/Verint integrations. Responsible to answer directly, and/or facilitate responses from the Verint technical community. Where possible, responses need to be aggregated and formed into a knowledge base to help facilitate future requests.

  • Works with a cross-functional team to understand how partners can differentiate on the Verint platform and incorporates that into Partner Offers and partner strategies

  • Monitors Verint global partners against SDK usage and recommends and assists where possible to help Verint partners build their own differentiated value

  • Maintains one or more lab systems/access to Verint test environments that helps partners validate technical integrations and SDK usage.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 6 years of experience in software company with experience in programming skills, knowledge of integration strategies and SDK’s.

  • Understanding of industry standard programming techniques, tools, and processes

  • Solid presentation skills, including converting highly technical discussions into business values will be key to helping partners understand the value of leveraging the Verint platforms

  • Highly creative thinker who can help Verint partners tackle problems in ways the partner may not have considered prior.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Able to travel 10-20% of the time

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

  • The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel

Preferred Requirements

  • Partner Management or experience working to deliver partner solutions

  • Experience building or delivering technology to Contact Center industry

  • Experience with technology standards bodies
