Provides business analysis and project management expertise, methodology, and coordination to more effectively identify, plan and implement projects in the Microsoft Office 365 platform. This role will be responsible for both Project Management and Business Analysis for the Office 365 platform initiatives. Where necessary they will work in collaboration with other team Business Analysts for insurance SME. This position involves direct coordination with other team members, departments, business partners and outside vendors on project management. RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: liDirectly manages the core Microsoft Office 365 projects that lead to the implementation of the strategic investment in the Office 365 suite./li liPlan, organize and direct the implementation of Office 365 and SharePoint platform in accordance with strategic business plans on multiple large projects./li liInterface with customers to provide issue resolution for products and processes./li liResponsible for helping develop project or program cost benefit analysis with a focus on digital workplace leading to measurable employee productivity benefits./li liDevelops complex solutions using standard Office 365 and SharePoint features, third party tools, or client-side development languages./li liProposing solutions for business ideas, suggestions, problems and requirements./li liDevelop comprehensive requirement specifications as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to define functional and non-functional requirements that Business Analysts and Developers will use to change new or currently deployed solutions./li liDefines all levels of business and technology requirements./li liCollaborates with Finance and Actuarial Services to build a Benefit Realization plan./li liPlays a key role in the Office 365 master tenant configuration and tenant wide support and governance process./li liAs part of the overall Office 365 program, manages implementation within the holistic program plan and schedule to align with other program priorities./li liManage multiple projects implemented on Microsoft Office 365 platform that includes but not limited to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office 2016./li liSolves Tier 2 3 user problems in a timely, efficient and friendly way while documenting the solutions./li liManages the project through team collaboration and weekly core team meetings./li liCollabo
