The Hometown Expert will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new customers through a variety of activities including, but not limited to, in-person prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals throughout the local community. Candidate required to live in their assigned Hometown Market.brbResponsibilities/bbrWhat you'll do in your role.br liConnect with members of your community in-person to build interest in T-Mobile services in an effort to generate new consumer and business customers/liliMeet with prospective customers in your community to deliver a personalized purchase experience pairing their needs with T-Mobile solutions - voice, tablets, home internet/liliWork closely with local community leaders and T-Mobile marketing teams to participate in promotional events and selling opportunities throughout the community to generate brand interest and sales/liliDevelop strategies and sales plans crafted to convert leads generated from marketing efforts and promotional events to sales/liliResponsible for meeting and exceeding sales, operations, and customer experience targets/liliSuccessfully complete training and continuing education to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches/liliSupports company initiatives and creates an inclusive environment with customers and teammates/liliExhibit personal leadership by consistently maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct/liliAlso responsible for other dutiesrojects as assigned by business management as needed/liliTravel will be required within 100-mile radius of listed home store location/librbQualifications/bbrliLess than 2 years Sales or Customer Service experience/liliWireless experience, preferred/liliBecause this position requires local travel you need valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance./librOkay.
