As a full-time, 3rd Shift Supervisor, you would directly supervise the work of nursing staff in all aspects of care and documentation of tasks. You would contribute to our professional standards of care and enforce nursing practice standards by communicating with nursing staff in accordance with acceptable nursing care standards, supporting our Eden Alternative principles.
Responsibilities
Direct supervision of the nursing staff
Direct nursing care as necessary and needed
On-Call duty when assigned
Enforcement of nursing practice standards
Monitoring resident care to assure all residents are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Support Eden Alternative principles and resident-centered/directed care
Requirements
Possess and maintain RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the State of Michigan

Minimum of 1-year experience in a long-term care environment
