Documentation Specialist

The Note Review Processor position is crucial to timely and safe receipt, logging, bar coding, imaging, and record keeping for collateral notes received in Warehouse Lending, as well as a critically important role in preparing collateral notes for safe, timely, and precise shipment to the Custodial area and other investors. Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership interest in your job along with a willingness to take direction from others are key to working successfully in this department due to daily deadlines and workloads.

Responsibilities:

20% of time: Process incoming overnight deliveries correctly and in a timely manner using excel spreadsheet.

30% of time: Status/Barcode notes in Mortrac on a daily basis.

40% of time: Scan and ship Other Investor notes accurately on a daily basis via overnight service.

10% of time: Scan and ship notes to the Troy vault daily.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:

Familiar with Excel, Detail oriented, organized, and customer focused

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in an office/customer service position or comparable education.
