Tree Care Climber
Ideal candidates should have some type of landscaping experience, tree climbing experience or general experience working outdoors. In this active role, you will learn to use climbing and rigging techniques to improve the appearance, health and overall value of the trees on our commercial clients? properties. This role transitions to snow removal work during the winter.

Team Member Responsibilities
Perform groundsman, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments once training has been completed.
Operate equipment, such as chain saws, boom trucks, brush chippers, stump grinders, skid steers, and other equipment and tools
Fine pruning, structural pruning, and full removal
Proper pruning techniques and overall quality standards
Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies
Snow removal work during the winter months
Strong desire and commitment to learning
Tree climbing experience
Able and willing to receive and respond positively to performance feedback
Professional tree climbing experience preferred, however we will train the right candidates with backgrounds in other services / trades.
CDL license preferred, US Driver's License required. CDL Training and Testing provided for trainees.
