We’re looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a multi-tasker, with a can-do positive attitude. This job provides marketing support to the Individual (Consumer Direct) + Medicaid + Dual Eligible Special Needs (DSNP) sales and retention marketing team. Lead generation and lead nurturing is our focus, along with member retention and sales support.
This job is perfect for someone who:
Has a proven track record of driving the development and implementation of consumer direct marketing strategies for business to consumer products.
Is comfortable learning and using digital tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to execute marketing campaigns.
Is familiar with current business-to-consumer marketing methods, including digital inbound and outbound media, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Has experience being accountable for development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that create lead generation to distribution channels such as telesales, website and independent brokers.
Knows how to collaborate with other functions to develop advertising, direct mail, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), events, Public Relations (PR), web and social media strategies to drive leads that convert to sales.
Has experience managing the creative and production coordination of a broad array of high quality, cost-effective, integrated marketing communications and informational programs and materials.
Essential functions and responsibilities

Ability to utilize the marketing strategy to create tactical, measurable marketing campaigns
Desire to learn new approaches and master new digital tools for marketing communications (e.g. web-based content management and CRM tools, digital marketing trends, lead gen/nurture)
Ability to learn complex product and regulatory information and translate it to both promotional and business writing for specific audiences, on-brand
Self-directed and motivated to uncover information needed to move initiatives and projects forward
Ability to develop and execute marketing tactics based on marketing and communications plans across channels (e.g. email, print collateral, website, direct mail, etc.), completed on-time and on-budget, and reporting on metrics
Ability to build relationships and teams cross-functionally both within Marketing, the organization, and outside agencies and vendors to elevate Marketing’s role in the organization and for joint success.
Ability to analyze marketing campaign data to inform strategies
- Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems, including, but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel
Experience coordinating with outside agency partners
Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Working knowledge of Google Analytics platform
Working knowledge of online website content management systems
Working knowledge of e-mail communications management systems such as Marketing Cloud
Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in marketing or related role
Education - Master's Degree
Experience - 5+ years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in project management
