Clark Retirement Community is seeking a Sales Counselor Community Liaison.DescriptionClark is seeking a highly talented Sales Counselor Community Liaison. This role requires an individual who is skilled at developing a keen understanding of the needs and desires of prospective residents and their family members and a drive to close sales. In addition, you will proactively build relationships with community members of the Greater Grand Rapids area, in order to enhance referral opportunities.Essential Job Functions Include:ulliAchieve and exceed sales goals to achieve occupancy levels/liliDevelop successful relationships with referral sources/liliPromote the Clark brand and all that our Life Plan Community offers/liliUtilize CRM software to track outgoing contact efforts, current leads, and follow-up results/liliParticipate in the Sales team on-call evening, weekend, and holiday rotation/li/ulCandidate Requirements:ulliBachelorrsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field required/lili3-5 years of experience in a relational sales role required. Experience in the Life Plan Community industry is preferred/liliAn understanding assisted living and dementia/liliAbility to build effective relationships with referral sources/liliSales and business savvy, attention to detail, self-direction and motivation/liliExperience using and managing a CRM system/li/ulClark is a Life Plan Community with a continuum of care.
