Operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for routine nuclear radiologic studies, with the aid of the senior or lead technologist as needed, to produce images for the interpretation by, and at the request of, a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.
Education - Associate's Degree or equivalent in Nuclear Medicine Technology
Experience - skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through less than 2 years of related nuclear medicine experience
Nuclear Med Tech (N) or (CNMT) Upon Hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) 90 Days
Education - Bachelor's Degree
