Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor in Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the efforts of the technical support / help desk team.

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

  • Must have experience in a supervisory role, ideally for a help desk / support team

  • Prior experience working in a formal IT Help Desk environment

  • Experience troubleshooting complex computer hardware and software problems is required

  • Must be customer focused
