During first 30 days

  • Fully understand our accounting processes

  • Support accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  • Assist with month end

    Next 60 days

  • Establish AR meetings with managers

  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations including bank reconciliations

  • Generate cash flow report

    Next 90 days

  • Maintain Fix assets and associate depreciation schedules

  • Assist with departmental meetings

  • Ensure timely monthly financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account recompilation , accrual and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts

    Key Tasks:

  • Prepare special financial reports as requested by controller by collecting and summarizing information and trends

  • Generate age analysis

  • Have and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and managers about customer’s account

  • Process customer payments when necessary

  • Perform account reconciliations

  • Responsible for month end financials

  • File and pay sale taxes

  • Prepare Financial Dashboard on a weekly basis

  • Support other accounting projects as given by controller

  • Assist with Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll as needed

  • Analyze AR turnover ratio and aging

  • Maintain fix assets and associated depreciation schedules

  • Assist with annual budgeting

  • Assist with year end financial closing


High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is strongly desired


Must be detail oriented

Must be proficient in advanced levels of Excel

Must have knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office

Ability and willingness to keep and maintain confidentiality

Ability to prioritize and organize efficiently
