Job Description:

If you are GREAT at customer care & LOVE helping people then this job is for you! Our customer service representatives (CSR) handle all of our inbound calls with the responsibility of converting inquiring customers into appointments for our field service technicians and consultants. Our CSR's do this by listening to customers and letting them know how we can help.

Essential Functions:

  • Being great at customer service

  • Being great at conflict resolution

  • Outbound calling to follow up on leads and fill the schedule

  • Being flexible

  • Being a great listener and recording detail

  • Great at customer follow-through

  • Being a great advocate for the customer

Job Requirements:

  • A great communicator

  • The ability to always finish what you started (great follow through)

  • The ability to consistently follow the process (yet be flexible when to situation calls for it)

  • The desire to achieve goals

  • Upbeat, positive, high energy

  • Minimum Years of Experience Required: 2+ years customer service

  • Minimum Years of Education Required: Some College (associates preferred)

  • Must be Authorized to Work in the US
