H.W. Kaufman Group Call Center Manager in Farmington Hills, Michigan
Minuteman Adjusters, an excess and surplus lines TPA, is seeking a driven and experienced Client Service Manager to lead and manage a team of Client Service Representatives. The Client Service Manager will play an integral part in implementing Minuteman client service processes and standards.
Implement client service processes and standards
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of client services representatives
Act as the point of contract for escalated unresolved CSR issues
Manage quality assurance for Minuteman clients
Assist in hiring and selecting staff who represent the Kaufman brand
Evaluate day-to-day staffing levels and respond with adequately staffing CSRs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in claims customer service
5+ years’ experience in customer/client service, with an insurance/claims background preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of solving complex customer service issues
Experience managing a team of client service professionals
