Position Summary

The Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at Michigan State University invites applicants for a fixed-term faculty position in Nutritional Sciences for the spring 2019 semester (January 2 - May 15, 2019). The successful candidate will be expected to teach HNF 444, Business of Nutrition Services. This course focuses on human resources, budget and financial resources, and technology and marketing in food nutrition services management. The position will pay $8,000 over the course of the semester.

Masters -Nutritional Science or Dietetics

Desired Degree

Doctorate -Nutritional Science or Dietetics

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree (master's required) in Nutritional Science or Dietetics and at least 2 years of relevant work experience contributing toward the candidate's ability to perform the expected teaching duties.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to student education, well-being, and safety.
