Position Summary

The School of Criminal Justice invites applications for a part-time, fixed-term assistant professor position. Duties include teaching four courses in the online degree programs at the graduate level: Master of Science in Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis and the Master of Science in Criminal Justice.

The position begins on August 16, 2019 and is on an AY appointment ending August 15, 2020.

Required Degree

Doctorate -Criminal Justice/Criminology or related field

Minimum Requirements

The positions require a PhD. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of teaching excellence and/or significant work experience in areas related to teaching assignment. Candidates must have the ability to teach at the graduate level.

Desired Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the field of Intelligence Analysis or Law Enforcement.
