brbrbrThe Selling Partner Infrastructure and Core Experience (X) accelerator (SPICEX) organization owns Amazon Site Builder systems and tools upon which Amazon teams build Selling Partner experiences. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Software Development Manager to join our newly formed Strategic Initiatives team. Our mission is to transform our customer experience (CX) and operational processes by isolating our investments on the business capabilities we aim to offer our customers. This teams owns the projects and tools to accelerate web development and increase developer satisfaction, at Amazon. We achieve this through a suite of products: UI Components, Build Deploy Webpack and CDK constructs, browser metrics and logging libraries, and a browser Weblab client.brYou will be a part of a dynamic group of engineers where agility, teamwork, and creative thinking are highly valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thought leadership with both business and technical acumen. You will have the opportunity to build, scale and shape the direction of this business.
