You will partner with both internal and external parties to enhance paid search performance through testing new initiatives, performing key optimizations and establishing best practices. brbrKey Responsibilities: brbrDevelop annual and short term paid search accounts br li Identify, plan and develop account opportunities aligned with client's performance goals /li li Provide strategic direction based on historical results and goals /li li Drive keyword discovery and ad copy and ad extensions expansions /li li Develop, launch, monitor and report on testing strategies /li /ul br Regular management of budget and campaigns on search engines br li Determine budget needs /li li Re-allocate budgets based on results /li li Track pacing and performance fluctuations /li li Optimize campaigns, ad copy and bids /li li Set up efficient systems and processes to manage search across search engines /li li Launch and actively optimize campaigns across platforms /li li Participate in account audits as needed /li /ul br Track, report, and analyze results br li Ensure reporting data, formatting and insights are completed in timely manner /li li Collect and analyze data /li li Analyze performance results and make optimization recommendations to accounts /li li Analyze competitive space /li li Deliver insights on performance /li /ul br Work with internal stakeholders br li Highlight account and client priorities /li li Identify trends and areas for improvement /li li Develop testing roadmap /li li Actively participate in client calls/meetings /li li Effectively prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth and overall client deliverables /li li Provide training and development for junior team members /li /ul br Qualifications: br li 4+ years of experience in Paid Search, specifically in a digital agency /li li BA/BS degree; equivalent experience accepted /li li In-depth experience managing PPC campaigns and budgets across Google, Yahoo and Bing /li li Proven track record of scaling accounts with specific conversion volume and efficiency/CPA goals /li li and ability to drive KPI's across multiple platforms /li li Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) /li li Expertise analyzing marketing metrics in Excel and arriving at actionable recommendations /li li Experience with A/B testing /li li Ability to think strategically and share recommendations testing opportunities /li li Experience with bid management tools (e.g. Search Ads 360 or Marin) /li li Certifications in Google AdWords, Bing Ads and other relevant platforms /li li Multi-channel marketing experience preferred /li li Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Paid Search /li li Excellent listening, written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills /li li Track record of operating independently, demonstr
