The HRBP needs a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels and situations.br*Assists with all aspects of human capital management: workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relations.br*Drives human resources initiatives within the organization and partners with other functions.bJob Description/bDevelops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.brImproves manager and associate performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating and implementing potential solutions; and provides coaching and counseling.Understands business priorities and translates them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.brMaintains management and employee confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information confidential.brComplies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.brRecommends human resources program innovations and improvements.brResolves associate disagreements by interviewing people involved; identifying issues; exploring options; mediating settlements; providing counseling referrals; referring problems to appropriate staff person.Collaborates with the talent and learning teams on organizational concerns.Collaborates with IT and HRIS teams to automate processes.brContributes to human resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.Responsible for HRIS input.Partners on other human resources projects as required.All other duties as assigned.bRequired Skills and Education/bBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 5 years progressive human resources experience with increasing responsibilitiesMust have experience with organizational development processes such as talent reviews and succession planningProven track record partnering with the business to implement improvements driving people successExhibits a true hands-on approachSubstantial knowledge of human resource policiesrocedures and knowledge of federal employment/labor laws (i.e.; ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.)Future desire to work as a HR Leader in a manufacturing environment for career progressionCommitment to the highest ethical standards and respecting highly confidential informationStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and organization skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyDemonstrated e
