Complete ad hoc administrative projects
Help schedule meetings and manage calendars
Assist in interview coordination
Support employee on-boarding processes
Assist in coordinating all team-related activities
Be the go-to-person for any and all minor inquiries from new team members as it relates to Facilities, IS Support, etc.
Resume sourcing and formatting
Data entry, applicant flows, etc.
Coordinate technical screening process – Brain-bench exams, candidate interviews, etc.
Administrative support experience in an office environment
Strong MS Office skills with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong communication skills a must
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to be resourceful and creatively problem solve
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with little direction and supervision
Ability to effectively interact with others and communicate (orally and written) throughout diverse, inter-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the department to ensure positive results
Quick learner, detail-oriented and accurate
Task-oriented, dependable/reliable, self-motivated, team player
Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while adapting to the changing needs of the business to meet strict deadlines
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Experience using Monster, Dice, other job boards
Experience working in a staffing environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
