Payroll Processor (Part-Time, Seasonal)
This position is ideal for candidates looking for part-time work from November ? March to help with various administrative tasks, primarily the processing and reconciling of Time Sheets submitted by our Operations Team Members. Duties include digital time sheet monitoring and approval, tracking subcontractor work, some data entry and other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. Total hours will depend on availability and weather, as the majority of work is based on time sheet processing that occurs after snow events.
This position could lead to a Full-Time opportunity depending candidate interest and performance, as well as company growth and organizational need.
Team Member Benefits
Pay: $13 - $15 / HR depending on experience and availability
Minimum of 24 hours per work week guaranteed, provided Team Member reports to work as requested based on business needs
Complete Time Sheet Processing training and demonstrate proficiency in all required tasks
Review and approve Time Sheets submitted by Operations Team Members in an accurate and timely manner
Communicate effectively with Operations Team Members to ensure the accurate recording of time worked, activities, tasks, materials and sites visited
Other administrative duties as assigned

High-School Diploma required
