brDesktop Support EngineerbrSystems Engineer - USbr64638BRbrdivInfosys is seeking Desktop Support Engineer. Candidate is responsible for installation, moves, adds, changes, maintenance, repair, support and management of all EUC and IT devices with Resolver Group where Site Support resides. Candidate will have to maintain end-to-end ownership of all Service Requests until resolution regardless of Resolver Group and enable a Customer centric support model with quick and efficient response to Incident resolution/div brRequired Qualifications: br*Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Battle Creek, MI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.br*Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.br*Must have experience in managing IT Service Management operations specifically in End User Computing and Desktop service operations.br*High Level understanding of the Desktop Support technology areas and understanding across infrastructure components.br*Experience in usage of SCCM for deployments and installations.br*Experience in handling Conference room devices (Eg. Polycom / CISCO / Star leaf phones, touch pads, Monitors, Cameras etc.)br*Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentbr*U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.br brPreferred Qualifications:br*Basic network understanding troubleshooting skills is good to have br*Experience in patches and package installationbr*Customer service focused; ability to manage key stakeholders in positive, poised and effective manner.br*Proven experience effectively communicating issues/challenges and solutions to the business.br*Ensure all the workstations are updated with latest Anti-Virus, patches and Windows patches.br*Should have good exposure in troubleshooting using remote support tools like RDP, IDRACK, ILO, IP Phones.br*Ability to trouble shoot printer issues and file restorationsbr*Strong understanding and demonstrated experience working within the Managed Service Operation.br* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentbrThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
