Aerotek Global Claims Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan


Hours – 7am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. Train onsite but work from home after training is completed. Not much downtime in this position.

An automotive repair services company is looking for a global claims analyst. Part of the business is set up like a normal auto body shop, and the other side works directly with OEM's and suppliers, primarily with glass and windshield claims. For example, if a Porsche dealership is having a shipment delivered and it arrives with a cracked windshield, this company would expedite the repair and get a new windshield installed before the consumer was scheduled to pick up their new vehicle.

The Global Claim Analyst is ultimately responsible for claims billing, filing, and follow up. The Analyst role is to be focused on achieving the daily objectives and delivering the end results expected from Management. They will be the first point of contact for their dealers. Will be contacting the office and submitting documents, photos and documentation of the damage the vehicle had en route while being transported to the dealership. \

The Claims Analyst will:

-Process and maintain Carrier Accounts which include but not limited to the following:

o Answering Phones

o Collection Calls

o Manually Matching Claims

o Processing Claim Declinations

o Applying Payments

o Manual Claim Entry

o Dealer Charge Backs

o Damage Reporting

o Additional projects that may arise upon request from Management

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to handle multi-functions

• Understanding Automotive Industry

• Ability to communicate with Manufacturer and Management level personnel

• Some knowledge of vehicle damages/ repairs

• Ability to work proficiently and efficiently on a timely manner
