At Terumo Cardiovascular, we develop, manufacture and distribute medical devices for cardiac and vascular surgery with an emphasis on cardiopulmonary bypass, intra-operative monitoring and vascular grafting. This includes a full-line of perfusion products, endoscopic vessel harvesting products and surgical stabilization products.

This position is responsible for developing and delivering global marketing business plans for existing and next generation products. Align sales and marketing efforts through data driven decisions and leading indicator metric evaluation. Evaluate and anticipate competitive landscape. Work with BD to develop business cases and business models for new opportunities.
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Identify industry developments and customer needs that pose opportunities for growth.
Work with Business Development and Product Development to assess new market and new product opportunities.
Lead competitive analysis and counter-intelligence initiatives.
Conduct market and competitive research.
Develop customer relationships and relationships with research facilities to gain insights into market trends.
Contribute to clinical trial protocol development to ensure marketing claims are incorporated.
Leverage customer advocacy groups to support businesses strategic direction.
Develop business cases and action plans to support pursuing opportunities.
Develop relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
Provide oversight to activities related to new product introductions. Develop strategic financial analyses, including multiple variables and return on investment.
Ensure documentation/training follows compliance with hospital operating room protocol tracking system.
Utilizes the systems and processes in place to attract, develop, engage, train and retain talented Associates; creating a work environment where Associates can realize their full potential, thus allowing the organization to meet business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
