divJob DescriptionbrspanAs a Campaign Planner in the Tax Accounting Professionals (TAP) Campaign Planning team, you will help the campaign planning team create, plan, and build integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that fuel continued growth in Thomson Reuters' $800M+ segment. Reporting to the Head of TAP Marketing's Campaign Planning team, you will coordinate and own a wide range of essential activities necessary to execute on acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell programs./spanbResponsibilities/bulliProactively engage the campaign planning team to understand and execute quarterly plans/liliHelp create spanacquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell marketing plans to meet business objectives/span/liliEnsure marketing briefs and plan overviews are shared and understood by key stakeholders/liliOwn tasks and deliverables (big and small) needed to develop and implement marketing programs/liliCoordinate set-up and flow of information required by content marketing, solutions marketing, and demand generation to fully activate planned campaigns; ensure dates and deliverables are met/liliCreatively problem solve as needed to ensure smooth and timely program execution/liliWork with cross-functional team to evaluate and report on campaign performance/liliContribute to team's understanding of customer personas, pain points, and buyer/user journeys with Thomson Reuters to inform relevant, personalized, and impactful campaigns/li/ulbSkills Experiences/bulliBA or BS degree required/lili3+ years of experience in marketing and campaign coordination/liliCustomer-centric, high-achieving self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere/liliSkilled at learning and leveraging new tools, processes, and systems (e.g. Workfront and Hive9)/liliGood understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systems/liliPassion for accurate follow-through of program details (while still maintaining team speed)/liliStrong organizational and project management skills; strong communication skills/liliEntrepreneurial 'can do' approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset/liliTeam player with track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectives/liliExperience in an agile and matrixed organization preferred (knowledge of scrum a plus)/li/ulspanDo you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
