divARENA FACILITY WORKERStarting Hourly Rate: $9.25/divNature of Work: Collects money for general admission and will work in the food service operation as well as the admissions and retail operation. Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility. Maintenance and upkeep of facility and related equipment required. Mechanical aptitude and strong people skills most desirable. May be assigned as a rink attendant. While rink attending, attendants are responsible for the safety and well being of the general public skaters and for enforcing the established rink rules and regulations. May also be assigned as a scorekeeper for the adult hockey games. Responsible for answering the facility telephone and disseminating public information. Able to follow written and oral instructions. May exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Required Qualifications: Minimum age requirement of 16 years. Experience in operating a cash register. Able to work with minimum supervision. CPR/AED and First Aid certification required by start of employment. Work Schedule: The work schedule will be established by the facility supervisor.
